We are starting with cardiology, helping doctors capture their clinical experience, keep structured training records, and understand their progression without losing time to portfolio admin.
Today, you say or type what happened, AI turns it into a structured log, and you review it before it saves. Every case lands on one timeline, with counts by procedure, role and training period, and exports as CSV or an ARCP summary PDF.
What we are building.
Clinote is building an AI training agent for doctors. Its AI layer is designed to work with structured portfolio data and purpose-built application tools, so it can do more than generate text: it can understand the context of your existing experience, retrieve the records that matter, and help organise your training over time.

Clinote does not diagnose patients, recommend treatment, or make clinical decisions.
Supervision stays human
Clinote helps you prepare for supervision and assessment. It does not replace your supervisors or their judgement.
No hospital system access
Clinote does not connect to hospital or patient record systems. It only works with the anonymised logs you choose to add.
You review everything
AI drafts, you approve. Nothing enters your logbook until you've checked it.
